Printing Process
Edge-to-edge color permanently bonded into polyester fabric. No cracking. No fading.
Dye-sublimation converts solid ink into a gas under heat and pressure, bonding it directly into the polyester fiber rather than sitting on top of the fabric. The result is a print that cannot crack, peel, or wash out — because the color is part of the fabric itself. It produces photographic-quality, full-bleed prints with a soft hand-feel that no screen printing or heat-vinyl process can replicate.

Our sublimation output covers the full range of polyester-based products: sports jerseys, football kits, basketball and volleyball uniforms, cycling jerseys, tracksuits, hoodies, custom caps, bags, sublimated fabric yardage for lawn collections, and promotional garments. If it is polyester and you need edge-to-edge color, sublimation is the correct method.

We run commercial-grade Italian sublimation printers paired with industrial calender heat presses. Our equipment maintains color consistency across the entire run — the 5,000th piece matches the first. Minimum order is 50 pieces. There is no practical upper limit; we regularly handle runs of tens of thousands of meters for fabric exporters and garment manufacturers.

Submit artwork in PSD, AI, PDF, or high-DPI TIFF at a minimum of 300 DPI at actual print size, using an RGB color profile. Our pre-press team reviews every file for resolution, bleed margins, and color accuracy before the job enters production. If corrections are needed, we flag them immediately — preventing costly reprints.
