Printing Process
Photographic-quality prints directly onto cotton and blended garments. Soft hand-feel. No minimums.
DTG printing uses modified industrial inkjet heads to spray water-based inks directly onto the surface of a finished garment. Unlike sublimation, DTG works on cotton, blended, and even dark-colored fabrics without requiring any polyester content. The result is a soft, breathable print with photographic color depth — no raised edges, no vinyl feel, no screen-printing limitations on color count.
DTG is the right choice for cotton hoodies, graphic tees, streetwear drops, retail apparel, and any garment where a natural hand-feel matters. It is ideal for designs with photographic complexity, gradients, or fine detail that would be cost-prohibitive to screen-print. Brands doing small runs, seasonal collections, or made-to-order products benefit most from DTG.

Printing on dark or black garments requires a white underbase — a layer of white ink applied before the color pass. We handle pre-treatment in-house using industrial pre-treat machines that ensure consistent adhesion and color vibrancy across every garment. Skipping this step leads to dull, washed-out prints; we never skip it.
DTG prints are durable when properly cured and cared for. We cure every print with heat fixation to lock the ink into the fabric fibers. End-customer instructions: wash inside-out in cold water, avoid harsh detergents, and do not tumble-dry on high heat. Under normal care, a well-printed DTG garment holds its color through 40–50 washes without significant fading.
