Printing Process
Heat-transfer graphics on any fabric. Cotton, polyester, nylon, denim — no exceptions.
DTF printing produces a full-color graphic on a special PET film, which is then coated with hot-melt adhesive powder and heat-transferred onto the garment. Unlike sublimation (polyester only) or DTG (cotton preferred), DTF adheres to virtually any fabric — cotton, polyester, nylon, denim, leather, mixed blends, and even hard surfaces. No pre-treatment is required, and it works on both light and dark fabrics.

DTF is the correct method when you need graphics across multiple garment types from a single production run — for example, a uniform set that mixes polyester jerseys with cotton t-shirts and nylon jackets. It is also the preferred solution for complex small logos, name-and-number sets, and branded patches that need to be applied in multiple positions or to third-party blank garments.
Our DTF transfers use industrial hot-melt adhesive and are applied at calibrated heat and pressure. The finished transfer is flexible and stretchable, making it suitable for activewear, leggings, and fitted garments without cracking. Wash durability is high — our transfers routinely exceed 50 wash cycles in independent testing under standard care conditions.
We produce all DTF transfers in-house on our own film printing and powder-coating line. This means no outsourced transfers, no quality variance from third-party suppliers, and full control over print resolution, adhesive weight, and curing time. For brands ordering bulk transfer sheets or ganged name sets, we can supply transfers separately for self-application.
