Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design for custom sublimation printing. For DTF transfers, we can go lower. For prototype runs or pre-production samples, we accommodate smaller quantities at a sample rate — contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your specific requirement.
Most bulk sublimation and DTF orders are completed within 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Cut-and-sew assembly orders may require an additional 2–3 days. Rush production is available for urgent orders — ask us when requesting your quote.
We accept high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS) or raster files (PSD, TIFF, PDF) at a minimum of 300 DPI at actual print size. Our team reviews every file before production and will notify you immediately if anything requires adjustment.
Sublimation printing requires a minimum of 60% polyester — 100% polyester gives the best color vibrancy and durability. DTG printing works on cotton and cotton-blend garments. DTF transfers work on virtually any fabric including cotton, polyester, nylon, denim, and leather — making it the most versatile option.
Sublimation bonds ink into polyester fibers permanently — ideal for sportswear, jerseys, and activewear. It cannot be felt on the surface and never peels. DTF (Direct-to-Film) applies a printed transfer to any fabric type and works on dark garments. Sublimation requires polyester; DTF works on everything. We will recommend the right method based on your fabric and design.

Yes. We ship bulk orders worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and air/sea freight from Karachi. We work regularly with buyers across the UK, UAE, USA, and Europe. All international orders include tracking and commercial invoicing for customs clearance.
