Send your designs in PSD, AI, PDF, or high-DPI TIFF at a minimum of 300 DPI at actual print size. Our production team checks every file for color profile accuracy, bleed margins, and resolution before touching a single meter of fabric. If anything needs correction, we flag it immediately — saving you from costly reprints later.
Before committing to a full production run, we sublimate a physical sample on your chosen fabric. You review the color output, ink penetration, and hand-feel in person or via high-resolution photos. Only after you sign off do we proceed. This step eliminates surprises and guarantees that what you approved is exactly what you receive at scale.
With approval in hand, our factory floor shifts into full production. Our commercial-grade sublimation and DTF printing machinery runs continuous output while maintaining identical color and quality across every single piece — whether your order is 50 jerseys or 50,000 meters of lawn fabric. No deviation. No shortcuts.
Every finished piece passes a final QC inspection covering ink consistency, stitching integrity (for cut-and-sew orders), and packaging. Orders are dispatched directly from our Karachi facility. Local clients receive orders via same-city courier. International buyers ship via DHL, FedEx, or freight forwarding — with full tracking from our floor to your warehouse.
