Our Process
From raw printed fabric to a finished, packaged garment. One factory, zero handoffs.
Most printing operations stop at the printed fabric or blank garment. Our factory does not. We operate a full cut-and-sew production line alongside our printing equipment, taking raw sublimated or DTF-printed yardage through pattern cutting, sewing, finishing, labeling, and packaging. The result is a finished garment ready for retail shelves, export freight, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment.

Our stitching operation covers the full range of performance and casual apparel: football, cricket, and volleyball kits; tracksuits and training sets; sublimated cycling jerseys; polo shirts; hoodies and sweatshirts; school and corporate uniforms; and custom-cut shorts, leggings, and base layers. If it is sewn from fabric, we can produce it in-house.
